Lately I’ve been getting tons of questions from peeps about what vitamins to take. I can’t advise them, of course, I can only say what works for me (we ALL know we’re super different.) I’m one of those people who believes that vitamins are good for you. I mean, it’s great to get all of the supplements and vitamins you need from the food you eat, but most of the time that’s almost not possible with our busy lives, just my opinion. I’ve been taking a One-a-day multi and a few other supplements, and when I started running I knew I needed to also focus on not only getting fruits/veggies but also focus more on my joint health. Joint supplements can be pretty darn expensive ($20+ a bottle.) Also, I can usually get in about 2-4 servings of fruits and veggies a day but there’s always room for more!
