No more Thanksgiving means time to put in work!
This past week I had to make a come back. I recovered last week and took it easy; now with the Holiday Half coming up next weekend – a week from today – I need to be focused on maintaining my fitness so I can kick butt … Elf Style!

Week of 11/26
Week in review: I’m back! I feel SO much better than last week…well, duh. Last week was the week after the Women’s Half and this week I was able to start running and training again! I burned off Thanksgiving craziness! I really enjoyed the movement that spin helped out my leg with and the ability to get my running stride back. As I prep for the Holiday Halfathon coming up next weekend, 12/9, I need to remember I have a base built and to focus being primed and prepped for race day!
By the way, I am out spectating as those ladies kick butt in the Brandon Half…the race I was supposed to do as my December Half – it’s ok, I can cheer like no one’s business!
