Ways to Push Yourself in your Next Workout

Friday I spent the day at Epcot with a friend and her little one – and it was a CHILLY day! Yes, northern peeps I know I’m a big baby and 45 isn’t THAT cold. Hey, we’re Floridians! haha, this is NOT the norm for us – I would hope that this weather would stick for Marathon weekend for everyone running but can’t make any promises 😉
I was tinkering with running 8-10 miles on Saturday as the last long run before the 10k and half. I met up at Fit Niche Hyde Park for a Run Tampa group at 7am for a group run into Davis Island – yay another run by the water!
The brisk weather was SO helpful for pace it’s not even funny! I was super happy with not only our time running and catching up, but the pace, AND my cadence! Having a sinus infection didn’t help [I get them all of the time because of my allergies/asthma] but I kept focus on breathing and moving and WHOA LA! The run was done and I was able to move on with the day!
